Page 3, between lines 5 and 6, insert:
"H. If the law enforcement agency that is responsible for disseminating community notification establishes an electronic notification process, the law enforcement agency may use the electronic notification process to comply with the requirements of subsection C of this section only for a person who affirmatively chooses to receive community notification through an electronic notification process. This subsection does not prohibit A law enforcement agency from providing electronic notification in addition to disseminating the nonelectronic notification that is required by subsection C of this section."
